Login at the copier with your Campus Card.

COPY

• Select the field "Kopie" in the main menu
• Open the hatch at the copier and place your document in
• Start copying: green button
• Interrupt copying: red button
• On the display you can find more functions ("Endverarbeitung", "Doppelseitig" etc.)
• By pressing the field "Optionen" you can select special functions (color match, paging, water mark etc.)

PRINT

• Send your document from your workplace to the printer in advance –Canon_Secureprint_SW or Canon_Secureprint_Col
• Settings like page layout, water mark, print style, bond and finishing must be set on the PC
• Select the field "Secure Print Scan" in the main menu
• Select the document(s) and press "Drucken"

SCAN

• Select the field "Scannen und Senden" in the main menu
• Place in your documents on the tray on the top of the copier
• MyMail: by selecting the button "MyMail" (1), the scanned documents are sent to the university mail address
• MyFolder (not available for students ): by selecting the button "MyFolder" (2), the scanned documents are stored on a particular "Homes" drive
• More recipients can be added by "Empfänger definieren"
• By pressing the field "Optionen" you can select more scanning and sending options (double-sided scanning, image sharpness, continuous scanning etc.)
• Start scanning and sending: green button
• Interrupt scanning and sending: red button

Logout from the system by pressing the button "ID" at the copier or "Logout" down right on the display (as soon as you log out from the system, the printing or copying will be interrupted).

For your information: Please notice that it is not possible to use an USB-Stick directly at the copier!
