Simply log in at https://portal.fhstp.ac.at with your old password and click on Change password button.

How often do I need to change my password?

Every 7 months! You will receive a notification by e-mail and in numerous other FH systems.

What requirements must my password fulfil?

What should I do if I cannot remember my password?

Go to https://portal.fhstp.ac.at, click on "Forgot password" and follow the instructions.

Why do I have to register for mobile Tan?

This allows you to reset a forgotten password.

How can I print at the FH?

The printers of the FH are pre-installed on every device of the FH
Canon_Secureprint_SW for black and white printouts
Canon_Secureprint_Col for colour printouts

Can I also connect the printers on my private device?

Yes, simply follow the instructions in the knowledgebase.

Is there anything I need to be aware of when printing?

It is advisable to always check the price of the print job on the display, colour printouts are considerably more expensive. The prices are shown on the printers.
Print jobs that are sent to Canon_Secureprint_Col cannot be called up on black and white printers.

How much does a printout cost and how much money do I have on my card?

A4 and A3 in black and white cost €0.04 and €0.06 respectively
A4 and A3 in colour cost €0.40 and €0.60 respectively

There is already copy credit on the card (Bachelor 120€, Master 80€)

What do I have to do if I have no more credit?

There is a charging station, the "Moneyloader", in the copying line in building A.
Simply log on to the device with your card and add money.

Can the printers also scan?

Yes, simply select the scan button on the printer interface. The scanned pages
are sent to the FH e-mail address. Scanning is free of charge.

How do I connect to the FH WLAN?

There are two networks to choose from:

CAMPUS_STP → connect with FH username and FH password

CAMPUS_STP_2.4GHz → connect with FH username and FH password - suitable for older models/devices

CAMPUS_STP_GUEST → Request access from the CSC

Eduroam → connect with FH mail address (!) and FH password

(Eduroam is recommended, this is also available in many universities, museums, etc.)

What functions does the Campus Card have?

With the card you can open certain doors to which you are authorised at the UAS, print and
pay in the canteen (please note that the printing and canteen budgets must be managed separately)

What should I do if I lose my card?

Please report it quickly to the CSC or IT, then the card will be blocked and reissued within 48 hours.

Does Office 365 also allow me to use the classic Office programmes?

Yes, for the duration of your studies you can use all Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, etc. can be used.

Is there cloud storage that I can use?

Yes, for the duration of your studies, the Office365 package provides each user with 1TB Onedrive
storage available to each user. Please note! This will be deleted at the end of the programme!

Where can I get Microsoft Teams?

Teams is also part of the Office 365 package and can be opened on teams.microsoft.com on the web or
the desktop app for Linux/Windows/Apple (recommended).
Teams is also available for IOS/Android in the respective stores.
