Device start

When the system is in standby mode, you will see the following picture on the Crestron touchpanel:
Touching the display opens the user interface of the media control.

User Interface

The following view opens at the start of the system:
The left part of the screen shows the different sources that you can work with. It is possible to choose between HDMI / VGA, Computer, Displayport or DVD / VHS. After selecting a source you can continue.
The right part of the screen displays the volume control. Use this control to adjust the volume of the microphone.
The upper part of the screen displays the different functions. You can choose between projection, light, dimming / window, microphone, system OFF.

Projection

The menu option "Projektion" enables the control of the projector in the lecture hall.
After selecting a source, the projector will generally switch on automatically and the top left of the screen will indicate that the projector is heating up. Heating the projector takes about 1-2 minutes. This is shown by a progress bar.
In addition, the lecture hall is automatically darkened and the light dimmed.
The Bild AUS button turns off the projection of the beamer to work on the whiteboard. The Bild EIN button switches the picture back on.
The Projektor AUS button turns off the projector and a progress bar appears at the top left of the screen indicating the projector is cooling down. Also, the lecture hall darkening goes up and the light turns on again.

Light

In the menu option "Licht" you can control the entire light of the lecture hall.
Depending on the size of the lecture hall, there are 3 to 5 light circles.
The EIN button switches on the specific light circle to 100%.
The AUS button switches off the light circle.
The up arrow key slowly dims the circle of light up as it is held.
The down arrow key dims the circle of light slowly down as it is held.
With the Alles button, all circles of light can be switched on or off at once. The 10% button dims the entire lecture hall lighting to 10%.
The EIN button in the section "Tafel" switches on the light above the whiteboard. When switched on, it takes some time for the entire brightness of the lamps to develop. The AUS button switches off the lamps above the whiteboard.
Pressing the EIN button in the area "Stufen" activates the lighting of the stairs.

Darkening/Window

In the menu surface "Darkening / Window" you can control the room darkening.

Projection Screen

By pressing the arrow keys in the "Leinwand" field, the projection screen can be moved up or down. The circle button in the middle stops this process.

Screens

Here, the screens in the inside of the lecture hall can be controlled.
By activating the arrow keys in the specific area, the blinds of the room darkening of the specific area are moved up or down.
The circle button in the middle stops the screens from darkening the room.

Blinds

In this option, the external blinds of the lecture hall can be controlled.
Using the arrow keys in the specific area under "Jalousien", the blinds of this area are moved up or down.
The circle button in the middle stops the blinds.

Window

The AUF button in the section "Fenster" opens the windows.
The circle button in the middle stops this process.
The ZU button closes the windows.

Microphone

In the menu interface "Mikrofon" you can adjust the volume of the wireless microphone with the plus and minus buttons. The button with the volume icon in the center allows you to mute the microphone (the mute button will turn red). If you press the Mute button again, the volume level will return to the previous state and the button will turn white again.

Shutdown of the Sytem

By pressing the "Anlage AUS" button in the upper right corner of the screen, the following window appears:
You can either continue or cancel using the "YES" or "NO" button.
If you confirm the switch-off process with YES, the projector will switch off, the blinds and the screens will move up and the light will be switched on.
